45th Anniversary Celebration
Held November 19th, 2022, at St. Pius Church, Mountlake Terrace, WA

Sue GallwasWWCCR celebrated its 45th Anniversary on November 19th at St. Pius Church, Mountlake Terrace, WA. Father Jay DeFolco was the guest speaker and RIC4 supplied the music.

The MC was former director of WWCCR, Sue Gallwas. She gave Father Cal Christiansen, a phone call. Fr. Cal is pastor of St. Pius Church but is presently studying in Boston. He shared how his life was changed by the Holy Spirit.

Fr. Jay, pastor at Holy Cross Parish in Lake Stevens, was invited to a prayer group in 1975 and was prayed over by Howie Jones who prayed, “Let the Fire Fall”. He stated, “We need our churches ignited and our lives purified in this world of darkness. We need a deeper walk with God.”

Bobbie Brown has been active with WWCCR for many years. One committee she worked on was bringing Healing Masses to western Washington. She gave a short talk on her experience with the Holy Spirit and activities of WWCCR.

Grace “Babs” Glasgow gave a talk on how the prayer group in Anacortes, Joy of the Lord, benefited from the help given over the years by WWCCR.

RIC4 Music

Angela Fernandes gave witness to a powerful healing she had with her jaw. Praise the Lord and thank him for using the many prayers said in behalf of Angela. God uses many people and thankfully, events of WWCCR.

Music was led by Jesse and the Renewed in Christ music ministry. Renewed in Christ (RIC4) Catholic Charismatic Community is based out of St. Louis Catholic Church, Bellevue, WA and has a prayer service Fridays at 6:30 p.m..
